fix: correct variable ordering in cauchy CDF implementation

Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

• Fixes the incorrect variable ordering in example.c
• Removes unnecessary comments
• Corrects a misnamed variable in benchmark.native.js
• Updates the Cauchy CDF function description in cdf.h
