Chapter Mastery

Available since GSPack 0.7, expanded for 0.8. Mastery recognises completing every required quest in a chapter. Everyone can use the commands without OP. The optional Chapter Mastery quest in Welcome to GSPack explains the feature in-game.

Your overview

Run /mastery. The overview shows your name, the number of mastered chapters and the chapter titles. Chapters still in progress are hidden. If none are complete, it says No chapter mastery unlocked yet..

Mastery follows FTB Quests team progress. Teammates share completion. Previously completed quests count; you do not need to repeat them. Optional quests do not block mastery.

Commands

Command	Result
/mastery	Your completed chapters only.
/mastery player <player>	Completed chapters for one online player. Replace <player> with their Minecraft name.
/mastery chapter <key>	Online masters and completed teams for a chapter, including offline teams.
/mastery list	All available chapter keys, including unfinished chapters.

Use a key, not a chapter display title: ae2 means Applied Energistics 2. Press Tab after /mastery chapter for suggestions.

Checking other players

/mastery player Alex requires Alex to be online and hides unfinished chapters. It does not modify their quests.

/mastery chapter ae2 shows matching online players and completed team names. Offline teams can appear, but this is team completion, not a separate offline-player history.

The server console can use the player, chapter and list forms. The plain /mastery command needs an in-game player.

Colours

Colour	Meaning
Gold	Heading.
Green	Mastered chapters or matching online players.
Aqua	Completed teams, including offline teams.
Grey	Information and empty results.

Updates and completion

Mastery stages update on login and every 10 seconds while the server runs normally. New mastery sends a chat notification. Overview commands read current quest completion directly.

Changing teams, resetting quests or adding required quests in a pack update can remove mastery when the current team no longer meets the requirements. Mastery does not grant items, EMC or completed quests.

Troubleshooting

• Empty overview: only completed chapters appear. Check for unfinished required quests; optional quests do not block mastery.
• Player not found: the player lookup needs an online player. Use the chapter command for completed offline teams.
• Unknown chapter: use a key from the table or /mastery list, rather than the display title.
• Command missing after updating: install GSPack 0.7 on the server as well as the client and restart it fully.
• No new mastery notification yet: allow up to ten seconds, then check /mastery.
