This release adds a minimal, testable disclosure-evidence event contract to the existing fictional Article 50 implementation proof.
The new buildDisclosureAssertion helper binds an approved notice to a policy identifier, immutable render version, surface, locale, pseudonymous evidence identifier, timestamp, and normalized SHA-256 notice hash. Its event name is deliberately interaction_disclosure_render_asserted: the record does not claim that a person perceived the notice or that any wording is legally sufficient.
The public proof now has six passing tests covering the before/after UI state, fictional evidence boundary, immutable render assertion, normalized notice hashing, and invalid-event rejection.
This remains a fictional technical example—not client work, legal advice, an audit, certification, or a compliance guarantee.
