v1.3.0 — Node 24 implementation evidence guard

Choose a tag to compare

@stevenknowswhy stevenknowswhy released this 01 Aug 12:16

Upgrades the reusable implementation-evidence validator to the Node 24 GitHub Actions runtime and pins checkout/setup-node to their exact official v7 commits. Adds a link to the separate inbound voice-agent proof. Scope remains bounded: the Action validates evidence structure and explicitly does not make legal or compliance determinations.

v1.2.0 — reusable implementation evidence guard

@stevenknowswhy stevenknowswhy released this 01 Aug 11:21

This release adds a dependency-free GitHub Action for validating a buyer-approved implementation-evidence manifest.

What it checks:

  • a named product surface, repository, and build revision;
  • the source of the approved implementation requirement and approved notice text;
  • a named route, component, and expected behavior;
  • at least one passing technical check; and
  • at least one explicit known limitation.

The Action rejects manifests that include a legal determination or top-level compliance assertion. A passing result means only that the required implementation fields and passing checks are present. It is not an applicability decision, legal opinion, audit, certification, or compliance guarantee. The bundled evidence remains fictional and is not a client result.

Use it with:

Fictional engineering proof v1.1.0

Fictional engineering proof v1.1.0

This release adds a minimal, testable disclosure-evidence event contract to the existing fictional Article 50 implementation proof.

The new buildDisclosureAssertion helper binds an approved notice to a policy identifier, immutable render version, surface, locale, pseudonymous evidence identifier, timestamp, and normalized SHA-256 notice hash. Its event name is deliberately interaction_disclosure_render_asserted: the record does not claim that a person perceived the notice or that any wording is legally sufficient.

The public proof now has six passing tests covering the before/after UI state, fictional evidence boundary, immutable render assertion, normalized notice hashing, and invalid-event rejection.

This remains a fictional technical example—not client work, legal advice, an audit, certification, or a compliance guarantee.

A human fit review is required before any private purchasing step is shared.

Fictional engineering proof v1.0.0

@stevenknowswhy stevenknowswhy released this 31 Jul 21:15

Fictional engineering proof v1.0.0

A dated, inspectable fictional implementation proof for the Article 50 Launch Patch. It includes a before/after state model, three passing tests, and a machine-readable evidence example.

This is not a client result, legal opinion, audit, certification, or compliance guarantee. The fictional example tests whether buyer-approved product behavior was implemented; it does not determine whether Article 50 applies or select legally sufficient wording.

Fixed implementation handoff

Forhemit Labs has two fixed engineering engagements for a buyer whose qualified counsel or authorized compliance owner has already supplied the requirement and approved wording:

  • USD 9,800 paid once after qualification
  • five business days
  • one TypeScript or JavaScript web product
  • up to three approved surfaces
  • automated checks and a dated evidence bundle
  • no more than 24 delivery hours

Inspect the complete scope, fit rules, terms, and fictional interactive proof. Counsel, compliance advisors, and product studios can use the partner handoff while retaining the client and interpretation relationship.

Technical teams can start with the six-step TypeScript/JavaScript implementation handoff checklist.

No private checkout is published. A human fit review comes first.
