All OG List
The All OG List is a searchable table of all 4,577 orthogroups and their representative functional annotations in the 542-genome release.
Use the search box to find an orthogroup by OG ID or annotation term. Select a column heading to sort the table, and scroll horizontally to inspect all annotation fields. The header remains fixed and aligned with the columns during horizontal and vertical scrolling.
The table is generated from the current og_suggest.tsv summary. It includes orthogroup size and prevalence together with representative COG, KO, and Pfam information where available. Representative annotations are selected from protein-level assignments within each orthogroup and should not be interpreted as assignments shared by every member. NA or No Annotation indicates that no supported assignment was available for that field.
- Select an OG ID to open the corresponding OG Information Viewer.
- COG IDs link to NCBI COG records.
- KO IDs link to KEGG records.
- Pfam accessions link to InterPro/Pfam records.
External database links open in a separate browser tab.
The table controls can export the displayed data as copy, CSV, JSON, Excel, or print output. Apply a search first when only a subset of orthogroups is needed.
The Download page provides the complete OrthoFinder assignment archive and the resolved gene-tree archive. Full protein-level annotations and the combined orthogroup HMM archive are listed as Zenodo resources and are currently embargoed.
