The SAR11 Genome Atlas provides interactive tools for exploring SAR11 genomes, orthogroups, functional annotations, genome neighborhoods, expression profiles, protein structures, and the SAR11 literature.
Open the SAR11 Genome Atlas, or use the guides below to learn about each page.
- Overview: view collection-wide statistics and visual summaries.
- SAR11 Genome Information: explore sampling locations, phylogeny, and genome metadata.
- OG Information Viewer: inspect annotations and other evidence for a selected orthogroup.
- All OG List: search and compare all orthogroups in a single table.
- Neighboring Genes: compare local gene arrangements around a selected orthogroup.
- Neighboring Network: explore frequently conserved orthogroup neighborhoods.
- CORGIAS Network: explore positive and negative correlations among orthogroups.
- Metatranscriptome Viewer: examine orthogroup expression across Tara Oceans samples.
- Protein Structures: connect SAR11 proteins to UniProt accessions and AlphaFold DB models.
- Literatures: browse SAR11 publication networks and a searchable paper table.
- Download: find downloadable genome, annotation, tree, and orthogroup resources.
The atlas sidebar is available on every main page. Use the Dark mode or Light mode button to change the display theme; the selected theme is retained while moving between pages.
Several tools accept an orthogroup identifier in the form OG0000001. Links between atlas pages may fill this identifier automatically.
