The SAR11 Genome Atlas provides interactive tools for exploring SAR11 genomes, orthogroups, functional annotations, genome neighborhoods, expression profiles, protein structures, and the SAR11 literature.
The current atlas contains 542 SAR11 genomes, 675,669 predicted proteins, and 4,577 orthogroups. Of the predicted proteins, 670,693 (99.3%) were assigned to orthogroups. Twenty alphaproteobacterial genomes are retained separately as phylogenetic outgroups.
Genome metadata, orthogroup assignments and annotations, neighboring-gene views, neighboring and CORGIAS networks, the rooted SAR11_165 IQ-TREE 2 phylogeny, UniProt/AlphaFoldDB links, and Tara Oceans orthogroup Expression Scores have been updated for this release.

The atlas sidebar is available on every main page. On narrow screens, use the menu button in the top navigation bar to open or close it. Use the Deep mode or Shallow mode switch to change the display theme; the selected theme is retained while moving between pages.
Several tools accept an orthogroup identifier in the form OG0000001. Links between atlas pages may fill this identifier automatically.
