Client-safe connection and notification cleanup

  • Removes obsolete WordPress prompts to connect dashboard-owned providers.
  • Removes legacy provider revocation banners that directed clients to unavailable controls.
  • Retires client-facing webhook, stale-sync, OAuth, and broken-link failure emails.
  • Replaces raw IDs, authentication modes, legacy state, and dashboard buttons with calm read-only connection status.
  • Simplifies missing-reporting and inactive-license guidance.
  • Preserves legacy provider data and WordPress-local capabilities for rollback compatibility.
