WARNING

There aren't technically breaking changes in this release, however there are two high impact changed areas that I have yet to hear feedback on that I want to highlight:

1. PostgreSQL support was added
2. The web ebook reader was replaced with a Readium-compatible reader

I'll aim to actually release these changes sometime around Friday, but wanted to get the branch cut and all that ready.
