  • Keep explicitly withdrawn or conflicting delivery assertions out of accepted summaries, with the reason visible in CLI and fieldbook. Preserve history and flag scope mismatches for human review.
  • Save a structured delivery row through the same confirmed debrief; reject malformed row fields and reopen pending reviews with debrief --review. Warn before an exact sourced replay can duplicate records or replace a newer next action.
  • Include operational handoff notes in bounded successor exports and targeted recall. Share open-risk interpretation across summaries, excluding template examples and explicitly closed risks.
  • Retain recent and early evidence in long receipt searches; keep takeover investigations bounded.
  • Recognize concrete success checks without domain-specific verb ceremony, with an explicit Input / Pass when format when needed.

Verified with 293 local regression tests, three independent fictional FDE scenario replays, and a desktop/mobile Chromium check. These checks do not certify every host or local model, authenticate customer approval, or measure real-user time savings.
