Clarus
Clarus "Włączniki na pilota" is a kit (3 receivers and 1 remote) available in Polish Biedronka markets for 39zł/$12.
Remote PCB should look like this (Large version):
We need to iron 3 wires to following pins:
- battery +
- battery -
- joint between IC and R2, let's call it J1
You can see them highlighted here:
Connect remote to Arduino like this:

After this you can use Transmitter sketch with Webserver Python web server.
