Clarify .NET 10 compatibility in the README
The README currently says:
Every package targets .NET Standard 2.1, so it runs on .NET Core 3.0+ / .NET 5+, recent MAUI, Xamarin, and Unity.
This is technically correct because .NET 5+ includes .NET 10. However, with several .NET releases now between .NET 5 and .NET 10, the wording can make it unclear whether the SDK has actually been tested with current .NET versions.
The repository configuration already provides evidence that .NET 10 is a supported development environment:

  • Shipped Supabase packages target netstandard2.1.
  • Test projects target net10.0.
  • global.json pins the repository to the .NET 10 SDK.
