GEPA Omni Harness Optimisation

SuperQode 0.2.50 introduces experimental GEPA Omni support for optimizing complete HarnessSpecs.
Omni explores candidates with GEPA, AutoResearch, and GEPA MetaHarness, continues from the best result, audits policy changes, and runs a sealed held-out evaluation before accepting a staged candidate. The source HarnessSpec is never modified automatically.
Our bounded experiment completed 24 evaluations using local qwen3.5:9b rollouts and Claude subscription authentication. The winning candidate improved the held-out score from 0.0 to 1.0 with no policy violations or regressions.
