A few small improvements:
- 'Majesco GameGear BIOS' renamed to 'TMSS GameGear BIOS'
- small fixes in the paddle(s) test section
- mentions of PAL/NTSC removed (in fact, we can't really detect that, we can just detect 50/60 Hz)
- make sure that the 3E config value dropped by the BIOS is valid
- should work correctly with all wireless MD pads now
