Fixed

• Adopt MCP 0.13.2-computer-mcp.1. Servers built on the SDK's MCP.Server
  answer undecodable messages under JSON-RPC rules: parameters that cannot be
  decoded, including integers outside the signed Int range, receive -32602
  with the request's id; invalid JSON receives -32700 with a null id; invalid
  request objects receive -32600; notifications stay unanswered; and
  undecodable responses never take a request route. The SDK client's receive
  path, which CodexMCP uses, is unchanged.
• The SDK's HTTP server transports answer on the carrying POST, route by typed
  id, reject batches, and create no session for an undecodable initialize
  request.
