v0.15.12
you need spotify premium and a client id from your own spotify developer app, the first launch walks you through it. macos still builds from source, see the readme.
install
windows
unzip swiftify-0.15.12-windows-x86_64.zip anywhere and run bin\swiftify.exe. its not signed, so smartscreen might warn you, click "more info" and then "run anyway".
linux (x86_64)
it brings its own qt, but needs alsa and libsecret, which pretty much every desktop already has.
mkdir -p ~/.local/opt ~/.local/bin
tar -xzf swiftify-0.15.12-linux-x86_64.tar.gz -C ~/.local/opt
ln -sf ~/.local/opt/swiftify-0.15.12-linux-x86_64/bin/swiftify ~/.local/bin/swiftify
cp -r ~/.local/opt/swiftify-0.15.12-linux-x86_64/share/{applications,icons} ~/.local/share/or just unpack it anywhere and run bin/swiftify.
