AI GameDev Toolkit v0.1.3

This Windows preview release includes the latest local workflow updates:

  • Config Manager can scan TSV files alongside Excel workbooks.
  • Asset Tools adds image cropping with arbitrary output size, manual crop regions, and drag-to-position editing.
  • README download links and interface preview references are updated for this release.
