- getCurrentSBML() now correctly exports initial values that had initial assignments.
- A variety of memory leaks were fixed and other memory issues fixed (such as using 'free' and 'delete' correctly). Some remain in the plugins objects, which is a problem on ubuntu.
- SBML no longer attempts to simulate models with fast reactions, instead of trying and getting it wrong.
- We now use the latest SWIG for Python bindings.
- Fix crashes in the 'auto' plugin.
- New 'getRateRuleValues' in the C interface.
