Release rielflow v0.1.22.

Fixes #64:

  • Cursor CLI adapter skips eager auth/model preflight by default so workflows proceed to real cursor-agent execution.
  • Explicit authPreflight: true and injected checkAuthPreflight hooks still run the probe path.
  • Adds resolveCursorAgentBinary for adapter config, node variables, and env overrides.
  • Runtime readiness checks use probe: false by default and validate CLI binary availability without blocking on synthetic auth probes.
