Fixes

• Node output contracts: retry schema-less outputs to repair non-JSON candidates.
  Previously a node that configured output without a jsonSchema was allowed
  only a single validation attempt, so one non-JSON / non-object agent response
  (for example a Cursor CLI worker emitting prose) terminally failed the node
  with output_validation_failed and no retry. Any configured output contract
  still requires a top-level JSON object, so a malformed candidate is now
  repairable via retry feedback. Schema-less outputs default to the same
  multi-attempt budget (3) as schema'd outputs, while an explicit
  output.maxValidationAttempts is still honored.
