Release rielflow v0.1.24.

Includes main-line changes after v0.1.23:

  • Pin rebuilt cursor-cli-agent (#eba59a5) with first-class CURSOR_API_KEY and CURSOR_AUTH_TOKEN propagation (passed via subprocess environment, not CLI args)
  • cursor-cli-agent opt-in auth keepalive utility and auth keepalive CLI command to keep the Cursor auth path warm during long automation runs
  • Verified against existing auth logic: adapter auth env resolution, opt-in preflight, binary resolution, gpt-5.5 model-slug mapping, runtime readiness probe, and user-scoped backend session persistence
