Add native support to tailwind-variants on tailwindcss-intellisense

When using tailwind-variants tv function (to create variants for an UI component, for example), we get something like this:

import { tv } from 'tailwind-variants';

export const button = tv({
  base: [
    'inline-flex',
    'items-center',
    'justify-center',
    'rounded',
    ...
})

Since we are only writing the tailwind classes as strings, we don't get the extension intellisense, and on big components or those who have lots of variants, the autocomplete could really help.

The idea is to add native support to tailwind-variants on the tailwindcss-intellisense extension.
