release: v1.0.36 - 更新 FotRP Addon 汉化

适配 FotRP Addon v1.4.0：

  • 修复 Book 1 / Book 2 改名造成的 Babele 汉化失效
  • 补充并更新演员、物品、宏、文件夹及规则说明
  • 新增 40 项 FotRP 界面汉化与运行时语言注入
  • 更新合集标题索引，并按 Foundry 稳定 ID 迁移旧译
