Map Depot 0.6
Fixes reported by users on 0.5. If you have 0.5, update — whole-forest recreation maps could not download at all in it.
Fixed
- Whole-forest recreation maps now download. Every one of the 173 whole-forest maps was unreachable in 0.5: the plugin asked the Forest Service for the wrong map series, and that server answers with silence rather than an error. Ranger district maps were unaffected.
- A failed download now says something useful. It used to show a Java class name, and the retry it promised never actually ran.
- "Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests" is available. It was being dropped from the catalog on every load because of the commas in its name.
- The landing page scrolls. On smaller screens the fourth button was cut off with no way to reach it.
ATAK 5.6
Offline Public Lands does not work on ATAK 5.6 and cannot — vector tile package support arrived in ATAK 5.7. Rather than let you spend a gigabyte on a map ATAK will not display, those rows now say "needs ATAK 5.7 or newer" and are disabled.
Elevation, streaming base maps and ranger district maps all work normally on 5.6.
Which download
Built and signed by tak.gov, and matched to the ATAK release they were built against. Pick the one for your device — a mismatch will not load, and the failure does not look like a version problem.
