External task synchronization improvements

• Choose a VTODO list when a CalDAV account exposes multiple task collections.
• Existing device-only tasks stay private unless Upload Existing Device Tasks is explicitly selected.
• Pause task synchronization without removing the account, local task copies, or pending changes.
• Remove a task account while choosing whether to keep or clear its local synchronized copies; remote server tasks are never deleted by account removal.
• Preserve each synchronized task’s source account and collection to prevent accidental cross-provider uploads.
• Queue deletions made while the owning account is paused and apply them when that same account resumes.
• Improve reconnect, duplicate-prevention, and task cleanup behavior.
• Expand calendar connection and troubleshooting documentation.

Tasks remain device-only by default. External VTODO synchronization is optional and requires a compatible CalDAV task provider.
