Compatibility update for the latest Supernote plugin-preview OS.

  • Updates sn-plugin-lib to 0.1.65
  • Declares and requests file and network permissions required by the new OS
  • Restores PARA folder browsing and file opening
  • Restores note creation across Projects, Areas, Resources, daily notes, and event-linked notes
  • Resolves saved templates against the templates reported by the current device
  • Verifies the native createNote result instead of accepting a completed but rejected request
  • Adds permission and package-validation coverage

Validated on device: PARA browsing, note and PDF opening, note creation, recurring-note page append/open, lasso capture, and synchronization.
