Patter 0.6.5

  • Simplify Settings with shorter labels and less repeated setup text.
  • Keep recording permission shortcuts under Permissions help, beside Enable recording access.
  • Show one calendar connection message and one Import audio action on empty transcripts.
  • Collapse update release notes under What’s new while keeping errors and privacy notices visible.
  • Update the guide to match the cleaner interface.

Validation: 43 frontend tests, frontend/docs builds, browser interactions and compact-window layout checks passed locally. This release changes the interface only; live macOS consent prompts and recording reliability still need a supervised check.

Personal preview for Apple Silicon Macs on macOS 15+. No Apple notarization. See the release page for installation instructions and verification limits.

Download the DMG, drag Patter to Applications, eject the DMG, then open Patter from Applications. This personal build is ad-hoc signed, without Apple notarization. If macOS blocks it, use the app-specific Open Anyway option in System Settings → Privacy & Security.

Updates: Settings → General → Updates → Install and restart. Existing 0.1.0 installations need one manual replacement. Libraries remain local to each Mac. Live capture and real model inference still need a supervised test before relying on Patter for important meetings.
