Legion TD 11.4a (W3Champions ONLY)

From the feedback we got on the 2 BETAs, it seems 11.5 is a bit too much and still needs some work
This is why we are rolling W3Champions back to 11.4, with a few changes that can hopefully sweeten the deal!

The release coincides with the day of the beginning of Season 25.

Type	Description
	The Pandaren has been removed from the advanced barracks for levels 7-9 again.
	Wolverine reverted to its old stats: critical strike chance 5% -> 3%, and Madness immunity 2.5 -> 1.5s.
	Blood Orc Warrior's HP reduced 900 -> 550.
