Legion TD 11.4a Hotfix 1

The next iteration of Legion TD.
A few bugfixes and another nerf :)

Type	Description
	Fixed a bug where players leaving wasn't handled correctly in some cases.
	[BNET] Fixed that the Discord hint wouldn't go away.
	[BNET] Fixed that replays wouldn't work.
	[W3Champions] Disabled "Quit to Windows" button.
	Dark Ranger level 2 attack damage 165 -> 100
	Dark Ranger level 3 attack damage 275 -> 100 per shot
	Dark Ranger level 3 Disarm miss chance 100% -> 75%.
