Admin:

!admin - displays available admin commands
!channel [list|set|remove] [role] [id] - handles channel roles and info
!emotelist - displays all emotes
!devmode - toggles devmode
!cleanmode - toggles cleanmode
!status - displayes configuration info
!welcome - sends welcome message
!welcome_message - toggles welcome message
!welcome_image - sets welcome image
!promote - promotes user bot permissions
!demote - demotes user bot permissions

Mod:

!mod - displays available mod commands
!announcement - sends an announcement to the specified channel

Member:

!help - displays available member commands
!avatar - returns a link to the users avatar
!invite - returns an invite link to the server
!role - adds role to the user
!rmrole - removes role from the user
!who - returns the user's ID
!hello - greets the user
