v0.6.0 — Transport flasher & configurator page
Adds a new flasher.html page alongside the webclient, scoped to the reticulum-lora-transport firmware family.
What it does
- Auto-fetches the latest release from the transport repo via the GitHub API.
- Lets you pick your board (ProMicroDIY, RAK4631, XIAO_nRF52840) and downloads the matching UF2 — drag onto the bootloader USB drive after a double-tap reset to flash.
- After the board is running, connects over USB (Web Serial) or Bluetooth (Web GATT) and exposes the full persistent config: display name, freq/BW/SF/CR/TX power, lat/lon/alt, battery multiplier.
- Apply & Commit writes to flash; Refresh re-reads.
Wire protocol
msgpack over BLE GATT or u16BE-prefixed Web Serial frames. Spec lives in docs/transport_node_programming.md. Commands implemented: ping, get_config, set_config, commit.
Known limitations
- Web Serial DFU path needs a locally built
firmware.zip— transport CI does not publish.zippackages today, only.uf2. The advanced section accepts a manual upload. - The auto-download Web-DFU path is blocked by CORS on
release-assets.githubusercontent.com; will need a same-origin firmware mirror (e.g. transport repo's GitHub Pages) to enable.
