Added

Gym Leaders, Elite Four members, and the Champion can now use a healing item when their active Pokémon is badly hurt. Gym Leaders and the Elite Four (not the Champion) can also proactively switch to a fresh team member when the matchup is going badly against them - they're no longer purely reactive.
