Fixed (onboarding)

  • The welcome/intro is now the first screen on every launch — it was wrongly gated by a flag that was already set from earlier use, so it never appeared. That's fixed.
  • First-time setup is a real step: after Get started it shows your dependency status — including ✓ when FFmpeg/yt-dlp are already installed — with Continue and Re-download. Shows once (or whenever a tool is missing).
  • Clearing the queue mid-session returns to the clean add screen, not the welcome.
