Fixed

  • Get started always shows the dependency check now (it was skipping straight to 'Add a clip' once you'd been through setup once).
  • Queue is clearly collapsible — a '‹' chevron in the QUEUE header collapses it; the ☰ up top reopens it.
  • Get started button slimmed to a clean pill (less blocky).
