How do I get rid of the weird snapping in animations? Basic IK Tutorial

This tutorial assumes you have an existing animation which you wish to make the transition in and out smoother.
Did you notice the weird snapping when sims enter or exit a custom animation and want to get rid of it? This tutorial will help you fix it!
NOTE: The forearms and calf bones must be only rotated on the Z axis! If you rotate the bones on the X or Y axis, the animation will look wrong in-game.
NOTE: Your animation must start from the base pose. For example if your sim is standing, you'll need to animate start and end with the base pose.
If the start of the animation you created is extremely different, it will still transition smoothly, but it will be much less fluid than if you animated it manually.
Simply Create World IK Channels in the addon, then make sure to change the end of the IK ranges to the end of your clip. Click Bake IK. Now you can New Export Clip and have it looking buttery smooth in-game!
Here's what it looks like when the World IK channels have been added.
Here's a side-by-side comparison of before and after!
