What's new

  • Video backgrounds: drop an MP4, WebM or MOV (up to 1 GB) into the Media panel and use it like a picture. Put it on screen now, or cue it on a slide or section. Displays loop it silently; the console's live preview plays, and thumbnails stay on a still frame.
  • Linux: the AppImage no longer crashes on startup on newer distributions (Fedora 44 and other machines whose graphics drivers are newer than Ubuntu 22.04's). It now uses your system's Wayland libraries. If an earlier 0.7.0 AppImage aborted as it opened, download this one.

If you're on v0.6.x, the console offers this update in its top bar.

Download the installer for your computer below. The apps are not signed yet, so your computer will warn the first time you open one; the README explains how to open it anyway.

  • Mac (Apple Silicon, M1 and later): CellPresenter_*_aarch64.dmg
  • Mac (Intel): CellPresenter_*_x64.dmg
  • Windows: CellPresenter_*_x64-setup.exe (or the .msi)
  • Linux: .AppImage (any distro), .deb (Ubuntu, Debian) or .rpm (Fedora)
