Non-replayable HTTP requests now stay single-attempt: retry and hedging return the original response or rethrow the original exception without delay/callback. Timeout, circuit breaker, concurrency, and endpoint routing still observe the attempt.
NoBufferreplays inherently re-readable or already-buffered content.Also carries the shared main-branch validation repairs from #258 so CI can run; those commits drop once #258 lands.
