This release merges in the independent development history and codebase from csytsma's personal repo.
- Added a Postgres Management window for working with OSM data: fetch OSM data from Overpass API and import into Postgres database, select local .osm or .osm.pbf file to import into Postgres database, view and manage local Postgres Server.
- Added a Colors plugin: see all the built-in colors and values
- Exports improvements: static map enhancements, reuse prior export settings, updated MBTiles metadata attributes for export
- Editor improvements: color swatches in the MSS style editor, and draggable panel widths for adjusting map and side-panel window sizes.
- Startup script now specifies the npm version and adds more logging.
- Added history, logging, and performance improvements for OSM data fetching and map rendering, including a caching fix and separate basic/detailed Postgres status checks.
