EventBus 1.1

Major changes:

• Fixed broken prioritization: event handlers should now reliably execute in order of priority
• Improvements to concurrent performance and thread safety: locking and wasteful memory allocations should be reduced.

Also available in Maven Central:

<dependency>
    <groupId>org.timothyb89</groupId>
    <artifactId>eventbus</artifactId>
    <version>1.1</version>
</dependency>

The 2.0 release should see some major new features, particularly pluggable executors. Watch the executors branch to see progress on this feature.
