New

  • Share links. npx agentvcr last --share uploads the masked replay as a secret gist on your GitHub account and prints a link to the player at https://tojacob03.github.io/agentvcr/v/. No server in between; delete the gist to take it down.
  • Cursor and Gemini CLI. Replays from Cursor agent transcripts and Gemini CLI chats (JSONL with rewinds and patches, plus the older JSON files), next to Claude Code and Codex.
  • Claude Code plugin. /plugin marketplace add tojacob03/agentvcr, then /agentvcr:replay or /agentvcr:replay share inside a session.
  • Play in the browser. Drop a transcript on https://tojacob03.github.io/agentvcr/ and it plays there, parsed and masked in your browser.
  • A player that looks like a VCR. Blue-screen summary with a diffstat, a waveform of the session to scrub, a fluorescent counter of real working time, and 1×/2×/4×/8× one click away.

Fixed

  • A written file no longer counts its trailing newline as an added line.
  • Deep links (#42) stop exactly at that step.

Install: npx agentvcr-cli (published on npm as agentvcr-cli).
