Fix: on a device with no systems containing ROMs yet, the system screen was empty and pressing Y did nothing — leaving no way to reach a WebDAV server to copy ROMs onto the device in the first place. Y now opens the WebDAV connection flow even when nothing is installed, so a fresh handheld can pull its first games over the network. The empty screen now points this out.

Internal: removed dead code, fixed the launcher's AmberELEC SDL preload path, and made the fetch free-space check account for per-card destinations on multi-SD setups. No behavioral change on devices that already had ROMs.
