Issues fixed during Topcoder Connect - Bug Bash 18 challenge.
One issue I've moved out of cf18 as it hasn't been fixed #3149 and will handle it separately.
Another issue is still not completely fixed #3132 will merge it separately as soon as it's completed.
Meanwhile, the main part of this CF can be merged.
