Microwave Radar-based Imaging Toolbox (MERIT) is free and open-source software for microwave radar-basaed imaging. Including getting started guides and example data, MERIT is a flexible and extensible framework for developing, testing, running and optimising radar-based imaging algorithms.
This repository provides the MATLAB scripts for our quantitative systems pharmacology model published in Front. Bioeng. Biotechnol., where we conduct an in silico clinical trial in breast cancer using anti-PD-1, anti-CTLA-4 antibody and an epigenetic modulator.
The Breast Radar-based Image Quality Analysis (BRIQS) Framework was created as part of a Master's Year (MAI Biomedical Engineering) Project at Trinity College Dublin. BRIQS is a free and open-source framework for Microwave Radar-based Imaging. It builds upon the BRIGID phantom dataset and MERIT software.
Using MATLAB, this project detects potential breast tumors in medical images. It applies image processing and a threshold-based classification approach, visually displaying identified cancerous regions. Contribute to advancing breast cancer diagnosis through enhanced medical image analysis.
