Repository for the EMDW common materials and example models.
Biojava compatible module to run external biological analysis executables making abstraction of platform specific issues and wrapping to BioJava standard data structures.
I wanted to challenge myself and learn how to use JSliders, constantly changing colors, and adding many options to a program. This took me a while to research and code, but I am proud I completed it.
