The image is hosted outside GitHub because of its size. Follow INSTALL.md to write it to an SD card; it also covers the one-time bootloader step in Android.

Device

AYN Odin 3 (Snapdragon 8 Elite). Boots from SD next to Android; an internal install is optional.

What changed since 20260927d

  • Headphone jack works out of the box. The 20260927d image left it silent until the first update.
  • Headphones are balanced. The left channel was 2 to 3 dB quieter than the right. The jack now uses the same audio path as stock Android, and left and right measure within 0.1 dB at every volume step.
  • Kernel 7.1.3-33 and device support 27 carry the fix. They are installed together.
  • The bootloader restore tool recognises ROCKNIX ABL 1.2.

Already on Holodor?

Update from Settings (or pacman -Syu in desktop mode). No reflash needed.

Known issues

  • Unreal Engine 5 games launch but are not yet playable.
