What's new: Save with Ctrl+S, and a steadier chat

Save files with ⌘S / Ctrl+S

Save the file you're editing with a keyboard shortcut, from anywhere on the editor page.

How to use it:

  1. Open a file from the files drawer and start editing
  2. Press ⌘S on macOS, or Ctrl+S on Linux and Windows
  3. Works from the text, the find bar, a toolbar button, or a Markdown file's preview
  4. On iPad with a hardware keyboard, use ⌘S the same way
  5. On Android hardware keyboards, use the Save button instead for now

Other changes

  • Fixed: a watched chat could get stuck showing "Working…" if a background listing hung
  • Fixed: the context usage popup could show partly off the left edge of the screen on some phones
  • Fixed: TalkBack and other screen readers now correctly read the rows in the context usage popup
  • Fixed: opening a Markdown file's Source view, or switching back to a file tab, needed an extra click before typing worked
  • Fixed: Super+letter in the file editor no longer types a stray letter on Linux and Windows
  • General reliability improvements across chat and the file editor caught by expanded testing

Cara pakai:

  1. Buka file dari laci berkas lalu mulai edit
  2. Tekan ⌘S di macOS, atau Ctrl+S di Linux dan Windows
  3. Berfungsi dari area teks, bilah pencarian, tombol toolbar, atau pratinjau file Markdown
  4. Di iPad dengan keyboard fisik, gunakan ⌘S dengan cara yang sama
  5. Di keyboard fisik Android, untuk sementara gunakan tombol Save sebagai gantinya

Perubahan lain

The builds are served from Jeansh's own host; this release carries only latest.json, which the app reads to find them.
