Translate the two comments whose Chinese carried information the English did not: the root overview's three-group rationale, and layout's "§0.4 one field per line" section title (the §0.4 pointer stays — render/tx.ts, account.ts and wallet.ts cite the same spec section). Drop the four where the Chinese only restated the adjacent English: "群组层"/"叶子层" next to "group skeleton"/"leaf skeleton", and the duplicated "描述统一在 Usage 之后" clause. CJK in *.test.ts is left alone: those fixtures cover fullwidth normalization and character- rather than byte-counted length limits.
