1. Update the postcss build dependency to 8.5.25 (and its transitive nanoid to 3.3.17) in the TypeScript CLI to clear GHSA-r28c-9q8g-f849. postcss is a development-only dependency of the ts/ package and is not shipped in the published bundle, so no runtime behavior changes for users; the bump keeps the build toolchain free of known advisories.
