TapeBrowser 0.16.1

New in 0.16.1: a fix for the wallet button.

• Wallet button stays red after switching chains: after clicking the red wallet button to switch the wallet to the site's chain, some wallets kept the button red even though the switch succeeded. The button now turns back to normal as soon as the wallet confirms the switch.

First launch

• macOS: drag the app to Applications and open it. The build is signed and notarized, so it opens without extra steps.
• Windows: the installer isn't signed; SmartScreen may warn, choose More info → Run anyway.
• Linux: chmod +x the AppImage before running.

Windows and Linux builds are cross-built on macOS and have not been tested on real machines yet.
