Patch release for Doom episode continuation. John is now non-solid, E1M8-E3M8 native boss endings are suppressed in favor of John's inventory-preserving transition, and continuing through John no longer grants late-start levels, stat/perk points, weapon choices, or bonus ammo on the next episode.
